Manila-born, Auckland-based singer-songwriter Ms. Mia creates cinematic contemporary pop shaped by expressive vocals, memorable melodies and emotionally honest storytelling.Ms. Mia debuted in 2023 with Strange Life, followed by her debut EP Living in the Shadows in 2024. Her music has received support from Rolling Stone AU/NZ, The 13th Floor, Juice TV, RDU 98.5FM and Radio One 91FM.Drawn from lived experience, Ms. Mia’s music explores the many contradictions of being human. Vulnerable yet fierce, introspective yet bold, looking back while choosing to move forward. At the heart of her work is a belief that it’s never too late to find your voice, change direction or become more fully yourself.
